Our Background –

We are a private limited company, Out There Projects LTD., who have ran events exclusively since 2017.

Our main aims are to produce bespoke events which benefit the local community in which they are held reinvesting social value to provide a positive legacy.

We use an external ticketing portal through our partner, Skiddle. Skiddle manage our financial transactions and data on our behalf.

Through our partnership, Skiddle allows us to access the following data of your ticket purchase;

  • Track sales transactions
  • Track capacities
  • Access to the ticketing portal for use during live events.
  • Resolve customer enquiries

Customers who ‘opt in’ via the ticket purchasing process with Skiddle to have their contact data shared with Out There Projects Ltd. will also be added to our E-Newsletter list to receive updates and information about future shows.

Our E-Newsletter Subscribers –

Out There Projects sends no more than 30 e-newsletters over the course of a year.

Examples of content in which we may include within the following newsletters is as such;

  • Pre-sale, discounts and other ticket offer codes.
  • Notifications of new events.
  • Updates and news about the show.
  • Updates on ticket sales.

The only personal data we collect and store in this database, which is managed on a secure platform provided by Mailchimp is:

  • Your Forename
  • Your Surname
  • Email Address

You can unsubscribe from this database at any time by simply choosing the “Unsubscribe” option on the footer of every email sent via Mailchimp.

Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

Periodically, you will be asked to re-verify your subscription to this mailing list to ensure you still wish to receive emails.
